Moxie Cinema Short Film Celebration

If there are two things we here at The Moxie absolutely LOVE, it's short films (e.g. The Bearded Child Film Festival, The Animation Show, SATO48, the Oscar nominated shorts of 2006...) and local films (e.g. Rock N' Roll Space Patrol, Flying Tiger, A Piano By Christmas, The Forecast, etc.). So to help celebrate our BIG one-year anniversary, we decided to combine these genres and showcase some of Springfield's finest film talent by hosting a three-night short film celebration!

Submissions are open to anyone and everyone in the Springfield metro area who would like to flex their filmmaking muscle and create a stellar short film. For more information, please use the navigation menu on the left. This website will be updated as judges, films, showtimes, and, of course, winners are announced, so be sure to check back often.
